At ZAPDRESS, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ZAPDRESS tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
